We recruit new people very carefully, searching out those who share our Values, have an excellent attitude, are friendly, willing and able... and above all, always looking to be better as each day goes by.

Helping people to do this is fundamental to our success... which is why training is important. However, simply 'telling people how to do things' is not what we do. Instead, we work closely 'alongside' our new recruits offering practical on-the-job one-to-one coaching. It's much more fun!

The other thing, is that we encourage our people to 'self-develop'... by doing their own research and by asking lots and lots of questions.
